708-848-4741

Cost per person: $20 per person
Cost covers rental fee to church and pizza/beverages for lunch.
We will need to divide up the staple ingredients. Please select what item you will be bringing (ex: (1) 5# bag of flour) and let us know in the comments. Everyone who is coming will need to bring one of the staple items below:
5# bag of flour - quantity needed 2
4-5# bag of white sugar - quantity needed 2
bag of brown sugar - quantity needed 2
dozen eggs - quantity needed 2
butter - quantity needed 12 pounds (12 boxes or 3 Sams/CostCo packages)
If there are questions, let us know in the comments! See you in a little over a week!
UPDATED: I think we should also have someone bring supplies for dishwashing/cleaning. I'm not sure what the church will have, so it's probably best to plan on bringing something. We'll need towels, dish cloths, and dish soap. It probably is a good idea to bring hot pads too.

I will be bringing 4# of butter. I will also be bringing the following basics that will most likely be needed by all: baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt.
Ill bring the sugar!
I'll bring the eggs!
Oh, and I have a ton of powdered sugar, so I'm going to bring that too. Feel free to use if you need to. I'm also bringing meringue powder for royal icing. I may try my hand at the gingerdead men (although I will need to borrow a rolling pin.)
I can bring the brown sugar. I'm assuming the taheald was talking about white sugar?
I'm just going to be making premix cookies, so i'll be available to help out around the kitchen, wash dishes, that kind of stuff.
yay, cookie day!
I'll bring the flour.
what about mixers? who will be bringing theirs/how many do we need? I could probably drag mine along, as it looks like all the bulk ingredients are taken.
@shannon: I'm only bringing a quarter of the needed butter (if last year's amounts used are any indication), so you can bring some of that if you want.
As for mixers, I'm bringing mine, I believe Tina's bringing hers, and Kirstin is bringing a hand mixer. I don't think it's a problem to have a lot of them; they were all used last year. So I say bring it along. It can't hurt.
Does anyone have a mini muffin pan? I need one for one of my cookie recipes. I'm fine with buying one, but I'd prefer to borrow it instead (I doubt I'll ever use it after Saturday.)
I'm good for butter and flour
